Buyer's Defense: Return and replacement of the bouquet

According to the RULES OF RETAIL TRADE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN and RULES OF PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF PUBLIC FOOD PRODUCTS (SERVICES) IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN, plants cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, we solve all arising issues on an individual basis and carry out replacement and return in the following cases:
1. IF YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND
If you decide to cancel the order before the start of assembly, we will refund 100% of its cost.
If you want to cancel the order after the start of assembly, the money will be refunded minus a service fee of 125000 soum. The offer does not apply to food baskets, floral arrangements on florist sponge, balloons and confectionery. To cancel an order, please call +998 99 655 20 50.
2. IF THE SENDER DOESN'T LIKE THE BOUQUET
Before sending the bouquet, we send photos of the bouquet (after it has been assembled) to the sender for approval. If you are not satisfied with the appearance of the bouquet or its assembly according to the photo, we will take into account all your wishes and will finalize or replace it before full approval. If you do not like the bouquet when you receive it, the service quality control department will consider your case on an individual basis.
The offer is valid on application within 12 hours of delivery. You must call +998 99 655 20 50 to register your application.
3. IF THE FLOWERS WILTED QUICKLY
If you followed all the instructions for care of the bouquet, but the flowers lost their freshness in less than a day after delivery, the quality control service will consider your case individually and in case of a positive decision we will make a replacement bouquet.
Replacement is only possible if you apply on WhatsApp on +998 99 655 20 50 with supporting photos within 24 hours of delivery.
How do you care for a bouquet?
Cut the flowers with a sharp knife at a 45° angle (2-3 cm);
Remove any leaves from the stem that will be under water;
Add a few drops of Domestos (or similar) to the vase to disinfect the water;
Change the water daily, wash the vase and renew the stem cut;
Keep flowers cool, away from batteries, drafts and direct sunlight;
Water arrangements in boxes and baskets daily. Do not take the flowers out of the arrangement.
4. IF THE FLORISTS SUGGEST REPLACING THE FLOWER
When the flowers you need are out of stock, we contact you to suggest a better substitute. If you agree, the florists will match or exceed the price of the flowers, preserving the colors and mood of the bouquet.
5. IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT PRESENT OR REFUSES DELIVERY
If the recipient was not present at the time of delivery or refused to accept the order, we can re-deliver the flowers to another address (in the case of increased delivery costs, the money costs are imposed on the sender), but the money in this case is not refundable.
